1. JAVA Senior Developer/JAVA Junior Developer

We appreciate candidates with a sense of humor, who know how to work in a relaxed
way, but without loosing focus about deliverables.
You should already have some real-life development experience, as requested in our
posting, but we also expect you to have an open attitude towards new technologies,
as you will have the possibility to learn and expand your overall skills.
We are in search of a Senior Java Developer, with at least 2 years development
experience.
You will be part of an eCommerce project, involving new technologies, mostly web based.
We will start with a small team, so you can really make a difference in this challenging project.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • English at an advanced level, both verbal and written, German is a plus
  • Willing to learn and improve your technical know-how
  • Good knowledge of Java, OOP and OOAD principles, design patterns
  • Experience with Tomcat, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate and some SQL database
  • Some frontend experience would be nice, like Javascript, Jquery, HTML
  • Preferred experience with Hybris or other e-commerce solution
  • Other relevant technologies like SCM, SOAP, REST, XML, build and deploy management, continuous integration
  • Passionate about new technologies and trends, flexible



2. WMS Frontend Developer

Position: Frontend Developer for Seguti WMS System

Task:
Implement the Web frontend of the WMS system.
The WMS system is written in Java and uses the Grails/Groovy framework.
The web pages are coded as Groovy Server Pages (gsp), which is the equivalent to
Java Server Pages (jsp) in pure Java.The frontend controllers must access the business
logic services, which are loosely coupled via Spring Dependency Injection.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of programming experience in bigger Java projects
  • At least 1-2 years working in the same project (to prove continuity)
  • Very good knowledge about Grails and Groovy; the person must be able to implement Groovy Server Pages (gsp) and Groovy Controllers
  • Very good knowledge about JavaScript, including creation of own JavaScript libraries
  • Knowledge about Spring autowiring
  • The person should be familiar with the concept of modularity and separation of concerns (application layers)
  • Knowledge about Git, Maven, Jenkins, Hibernate or mySQL would be appreciated (but is not absolutely required)
